Steps for a building permit.  Building permits are only required if you live within the FEMA floodway.

1. Get application (two jpg files below)

2.  Get a survey completed

3.  Fill out application

4. Mail permit application and review fee to:

       City of Rutledge

       PO Box 124

       Willow River,  MN 55795

5. After application is approved pay permit fee

6.  After work is complete, receive final review
